Sparkbright is for changemakers, purpose-driven leaders and those exploring social impact careers. Sparkbright supports people to build meaningful, purpose-driven and joyful careers, and take action in the world.

About Kat Clements, Founder and Chief Prototyper.

Kat Clements has a hybrid career, working across social impact, career design and higher education.  She established Sparkbright in 2015 as a way to share knowledge and ideas that support the development of people in the social impact ecosystem. She is particularly interested in the wellbeing of changemakers, career sustainability, mindful leadership and infusing joy into work. Kat is also a member of Huber Social’s Ethical Review Board.

Kat holds a Bachelor of Arts (Arts Management), a Graduate Certificate in Social Impact and a Graduate Certificate in Career Development. She is also a Designing Your Life Certified Coach and travelled to Stanford University to participate in and support the facilitation of Stanford’s Life Design Lab Life Design Studio for University Educators in 2018 and 2019.
